What To Expect In Your First 30 Days

Imagine waking up every morning free from discomfort and ready to embrace your day! In just one month, you’ll notice a significant reduction in bloating, digestive issues, and irregular bowel movements, empowering you to engage fully in your daily activities. Say farewell to fatigue and brain fog—our program is designed to support optimal gut health, helping you feel revitalized and sharp each morning.

Many gut issues, such as bloating and discomfort, will start to diminish, giving you a profound sense of ease and well-being. This month is all about laying a solid foundation for your healing journey, targeting the root causes of your symptoms for lasting change.

  • Week 1: Activate and Hydrate
    • Kickstart your digestive system and improve nutrient absorption by staying hydrated and stimulating gut activity.
  • Week 2: Reduce Stress and Anxiety 
    • Manage stress to prevent digestive disturbances such as bloating, cramping, and irregular bowel movements.

  • Week 4: Release Toxins

Month 2 - Whole Body Detox
Welcome to Month Two. This phase is pivotal for detoxing at the cellular level, and I want you to know that it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions right now. You might be thinking, “Shouldn’t I be feeling better by now?” While you are indeed on the path to feeling better, your body is starting to recognize your commitment to healing. It’s beginning to release toxins that have been lingering, and this process is essential for your overall well-being.

As these toxins are cleared, many of your symptoms are likely to improve, as they often stem from these deeper issues. During this time, I want you to know that my support is here for you. I’m by your side to offer the reassurance and guidance you need as you navigate this important journey. You are not alone in this.

 

What will you be detoxifying? 

  • Heavy metals 
  • Vaccinations
  • Yeast and bacteria
  • Pesticides and herbicides
  • Parasites and flukes
  • Fungus and molds
  • Chemicals from the junk foods you eat.

According to the Laws of Healing, detoxification during month 2 takes place in the following order:

  • Week 5 - Respiratory System
    • By cleansing and nourishing these vital organs, you can alleviate symptoms that may be exacerbated by emotional stress. Research suggests that emotional experiences—like anxiety and sadness—can manifest physically in the respiratory system and downstream can affect the gut and digestive system. 
  • Week 6 - Lymphatic System, Kidneys and Skin "the third kidney" 
    • Enhance lymphatic and kidney function to promote detoxification, reducing bloating and improving overall gut health through efficient waste elimination.
  • Week 7 - Liver and Gallbladder
    • Optimize liver and gallbladder function to aid digestion and fat metabolism, alleviating common symptoms such as persistent indigestion, bloating, and excessive gas.
  • Week 8 - Colon
    • By supporting the colon's natural ability to eliminate waste, you can help reduce the buildup of toxins in the body, leading to improved overall health. Fostering a balanced gut flora plays a crucial role in this process, as it aids in nutrient absorption and supports immune function.
MONTH 3 - THE RENEW MONTH

This is an exciting time in your journey as your body continues its detoxification and rebuilding process. It’s important to remember that the Law of Healing tells us that rebuilding takes a minimum of three months, and for some, it may take a bit longer, especially if a dis-ease has been present for a while. 

During this month, you’ll start to truly appreciate the joy of coming back to life and feeling revitalized.
 

As guided by the Laws of Healing, here’s how the rebuilding process unfolds in Month 3:

  • Week 9– Digestive system: stomach
    • By detoxifying and restoring its function, we can enhance nutrient absorption that supports emotional balance, as a healthy gut-brain connection can improve mood and reduce stress.
  • Week 10– Endocrine/hormone system: thyroid, adrenal, pituitary
    • Detoxifying and healing these hormone regulators can lead to improved energy levels, mood stability, and overall vitality. A balanced endocrine system supports gut health by regulating metabolism and digestion, while also promoting emotional well-being.
  • Week 11– Neuro-muscular system: nerves and muscles
    • The detoxification and cellular healing of the neuro-muscular system can greatly influence gut health. The vagus nerve is directly linked to our second brain - this nerve can directly influence gastric movement and communication to the brain.
  • Week 12– How to Maintain Your Health
    • As we conclude our program, we’ll discuss essential strategies for maintaining your health long-term. We’ll address the common concern of returning to ‘regular’ foods and how to incorporate them mindfully into your life. Learn effective ways to offset “fun food” days, ensuring that you can enjoy life’s indulgences while prioritizing your gut and emotional health.
