In this dedicated appointment, exclusively for those who have completed a program with Ellena, we will address your evolving health needs. Whether you're considering re-entering a program due to a new diagnosis, discussing your current lab results and their implications for your health concerns, or diving deep into your Bio-Scan Reports to explore tailored recommendations for your next steps, this session is designed to provide clarity and guidance.

To make the most of your time with Ellena, please fill out the Pre-Appointment Questionnaire below to help us focus on your top concerns, questions, and the main points that you wish to discuss with Ellena. Please fill these out with as much detail as possible so you can get the most out of your consultation. If you have lab tests dated from the last 6 months or newer, please email them at least 1 week before your session. I will also be reviewing prior session notes, Scan Reports, protocols and journals and how they tie into your current symptoms.
